Ljubljana, the
Capital of Slovenia, is situated in the heart of Slovenia,
surrounded by magnificent scenery from the marshes and karst
features to the forested hills and high mountains. Ljubljana offers

September, the temperature in Ljubljana
is normally still warm and pleasant (18-25 degrees Celsius), but some colder rainy
days are possible. With only 300.000 inhabitants the centre of Ljubljana is
small and most hotels, shopping areas and entertainment centres are within
walking distance. People in Ljubljana
are friendly and enjoy welcoming visitors. Slovenians are skilled in languages
and readily speak English.
